Meet German Singer-Songwriter Margo
22-year old Margo has been studying music in Cologne, Germany for two years and has created her own little world surrounded by like-minded people. In her songs, she tells of love in all its facets, forest girls, underwater dreams, and lonely astronauts. Margo writes songs on her piano, influenced by 70s legends like Stevie Wonder or David Bowie, as well as modern artists like Arlo Parks or Alice Phoebe Lou.

Hi Margo! Let’s start with how did you get your artist name?
Hi! My stage name, “Margo,” is derived from my middle name, “Margarete,” which is an old school name that I got from my great-grandma. I think it sounds like the music that I want to make since it’s a bit old school and sounds kind of mysterious to me.
